that's cool Dominik,
The Mini HUB is published but I've not had time to make a nice BOM for it. But you can check the parts from the schematics and the board which I shared on EasyEDA.
Here's an assembly cheeat sheet for the Mini K-Ceptors.
I've used solderpaste but without a stencil since I have a Nordson EFD paste dispenser and so I was able to place the solder on all pads cleanly.
Using a solder paste method, with an oven makes it a lot easier. The IMU chip requires an oven or hot-air method. But the rest of the work you can easily get done with a fine 0.3-0.4mm solder wire, decent gel-flux and a good solderwick. If you get shorts, just put some flux and retouch the pins with the tip of your soldering iron, if it does not help due to excessive solder, just remove some of it with a solder wick.
