Thanks for your interest on the project and enthusiasm!
Please keep in mind that the Chordata system is still in beta stage, and many changes are happening on a daily basis. We are only a small team to maintain the hardware-software development and update the documentation. During this period there are good chances that some of the last changes are still not reflected on the docs.
A quick search on the forum is recommended to make sure you get a more or less updated picture of the situation.

HalloweenBob Why is there no replacement part listed for the one that's crossed out on the BOM sheet? The part number that was crossed out is 2214S-06SG-85
It was the connector used to plug the ID_module to the K-Ceptor.
I reviewed your gerber's and they look OK, apart from a warning message.. more about that on the Gerber's thread you opened.
