First of all the new version of the notochord is released and it contains a new sensor fusion algorithm that is much more stable and accurate. You can download and install a pre-configured version of Raspbian containing it from our downloads page.
There's now a "Custom node" on the blender add-on that might be useful for you to convert the capture stream in text. Let me know if you need support on modifying the script you already have.
There's no dedicated info page for the KC 2.3, but it's really similar to the previous revision apart from the fact that the address can be set with the jumper on J5
.
The uppermost positions sets it as 0 and the lowermost as 2.
The one thing to keep is mind is Not to live-plug this revision of the KCs while the Hub is powered or it might burn down the buck converter!!
