i need chordata.xml

All i can read is blender files. i need to read chordata.xml; its probably in Raspberry format but i dont have any RPI, Also, is the source in the RPI directory somewhere?

this is what Reallusion says:
This complete package not only includes all of the tools and content of the Cinematic suite but also includes mocap connectivity to industry-leading tracking devices.

I dont know what that means.

so i assume someone had assign to human skeleton in blender with the chordata devices. But what is the format for the client? I know you can assign diffferent joints in most 3D software to the internal joints, but how do you tell which part does what. for example <id-num> <imu-position> or something like that. I don't why each suit manufacturer needs to have a plugin in UE4, or am a wrong?

In soft body at USC they have to write a plugin for Unity to make it work there, but they didn't do it UE4. Of course they are different because they have to communication with other soft bodies.
