I recently ordered the parts off the wiki. It seems that the point of contact with Wurth Electronics has changed, and he mentioned that because of ESD considerations, the total cost has a $36 fee associated with shipping parts from Germany. I'm just reaching out to let the wiki people know that it needs those updates to the forms.

Also I'd like to know, does the updated beta guide show how to assemble everything as well? The wiki is a bit messy, which isn't a real problem, but if there's one place with everything from assembling and calibrating to using the software and getting the data, then I'd like to save myself some time and possible trouble by using the clean updated guide rather than the wiki.

Hi! happy to know your are joining the self-builders group
The BOM with the suppliers was a contribution by @HalloweenBob and is applicable to the release 2.2 of the K-Ceptor. If any of you feel like updating it would be of much help for others building the hardware.

We do not provide any suggestion on where to buy the components.

The updated beta guide will only show how to use the Kit the betatesters got which already contains all the parts assembled.

The wiki is more than a bit messy, we are aware of that. The thing is that creating documentation is almost as time consuming as creating the software or hardware. A completely redesigned documentation should be out together with our official release

We will try to guide you as much as possible, but this is a busy time for us, so we might take some time to answer. Luckily there's already many experienced users in this forum who can give you advice too
