I had an easy time crimping cables with this cable and these jacks.
Both are from Monoprice, I was able to crimp a whole suit in about 20 minutes. One 25ft length of cable was enough for for a whole suit with plenty of slack (I'm 6'2). Monoprice also sells directly from their website which may be an easier option for international shipping.
