I reviewed your gerbers and in general they look OK.

I'm not an expert on the Excellon format, so I can't tell you if your manufacturer will find problems with those.(here's a description of what those commands means). I guess that if they are not supported, then they will be skipped, potentially resulting on some missing holes.
But from what I saw on the Gerber viewer it seems like you are not missing any holes. Since you mentioned on other thread that you already sent the files to the manufacturer, i guess that the only thing you can do now is wait for the result.
By the way, you can check the files yourself with a GERBER viewer. KICAD ships with one, or another good option is Gerbv.
