Whenever you use it, you should respect the Chordata community guidelines. Flooding around how desperate you are won't help solve your problems sooner, instead it difficults the job of our team on giving you support, and makes it harder for other people to find information.
As stated on the guidelines, if you need support it is your responsibility to post all the information needed to diagnose the issue on an organized manner.
(for example when you are listing a series of tests, using a bulleted list instead of a block of text would really help us understand what's going on).
