Brand new K-Ceptor design！

Having recently looked at the look of other products on the market, I decided to make the K-Ceptor more modular. At present, the design of the sensor part has been completed, and we are trying to find the problem in the manufacturing。

The shell and PCB have been designed

The shell is relatively small, only 221.2, so I choose to use CNC with high precision to process it.
The following is the result of machining simulation. In order to simplify the machining process, it is impossible to be completely consistent with the design drawing.

I will continue to update the process. When the scheme is feasible, I will disclose the design source file and the problems that should be paid attention to in the process.

What do you plan to use as a connector? It seems like you dropped the daisy-chain capabilities. Do you plan to connect all the KCeptors to the Hub?

What's the problem? the pogo pins are not exposed enough? They are really tricky to handle and get reliable connection considering the fact that the performer will be moving. What do you plan to use as a socket?

And, is it 4 layered PCB?

yes，the pogo pins is not exposed enough，There are also design flaws in terms of size, which I will fix in the release.
PCB is a common 2 layer board。
In addition, I found out that there will be a hardware change for K-Ceptor, and I will be reworking the PCB at that time。
I will share the design document on GitHub . But I wouldn't recommend using it to build your own hardware right now。

During the test phase, it is not recommended to build hardware directly.

I have plans to design a socket with a strap, which is also the purpose of designing a smaller version of k-ceptor.
