How does Chordata export / capture data?

So my target usecase for motion capture is for 2D animation.
I am looking at using it with Cartoon Animator.
It appears that the application reads mocap data from a local server / IP address, judging from screenshots of the product.
The application advertises compatibility with the Perceptron Neuron, Xsens, and Rokoko.
Does Chordata stream on a local server as it captures? If it does, then it would seem at least possible to try adding the IP into the Cartoon Animator app and seeing if it can read from Chordata.

Followup / begging, Reallusion offers a free trial of Cartoon Animator (Windows only). Would a beta tester be willing to test compatibility? Apologies if this sounds rather mercenary; I'm just trying to figure out what a 2D workflow would look like, from the perspective of a user that's never worked with mocap or Blender. (Regardless, I've backed the kickstarter, and am very excited about this.)
